About BECS

Basa Education and Counselling Services (BECS), was founded in 2001 by Veronika Basa, our Managing Director. Our current services are in education and training in supervision (counselling/clinical); design and development of AQF and or non-AQF courses tailored to specific Organization and/or industry needs; and partnerships - developing, maintaining and supporting relationships with likeminded individuals or Organizations.

We set high standard in all of our service deliveries and implement a variety of systems and processes to ensure high quality and accuracy of training provided by us or partners.

Our course developers design and develop courses tailored to specific Organization and/or industry needs, and are committed for impeccable standards and quality training programs that produce results to students with flexible delivery and assessment methods.

Veronika Basa, the Managing Director of BECS, designed and developed, in consultation with the ACA and their respective members, the first Nationally Recognized Accredited course in supervision in Australia, the (69828) Certificate IV in Counselling Supervision (2007 -2010) and the (69795) Graduate Diploma of Counselling Supervision (2010-2015).

Our education and/or training staff have minimum tertiary degree in their appropriate discipline and/or Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Our counsellors are members of the ANZMHA and the supervisors are members of the ISOCCS.

To Veronika:
Please accept my thanks and sincere appreciation for the wonderful workshop that you have presented. Though exhaustive and in depth, still the workshop together with the training material provided and the participatory sharing of experiences presented by the other participants offered me deeper insight to the subject of Professional Counselling Supervision. Your manner of delivering the subject impressed me greatly and I truly acknowledge you as a trainer as well as a mentor.
